These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the DjayStudio website and services. Please read them carefully before using our platform.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the DjayStudio website or purchasing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services
DjayStudio provides creative branding, graphic design, web design, motion graphics, and digital education services. All services are subject to a separate project agreement or statement of work that defines scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing.
3. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of final design deliverables created specifically for their project. DjayStudio retains the right to showcase work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing. All source files, working files, and design systems remain the property of DjayStudio unless explicitly included in the project scope.
4. Payment Terms
Projects require a 50% deposit before work begins. The remaining balance is due upon project completion before final file delivery. Digital product purchases are non-refundable once downloaded. Academy course fees are non-refundable after the first session.
5. Revisions
Revision rounds are specified in individual project agreements. Requests outside the agreed scope may incur additional fees, which will be communicated and approved before work proceeds.
6. Confidentiality
DjayStudio treats all client information as confidential and will not disclose project details, business strategies, or sensitive information to third parties without written consent, except as required by law.
7. Limitation of Liability
DjayStudio's liability is limited to the total fees paid for the specific project. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of our services or deliverables.
8. Academy Terms
By enrolling in a DjayStudio Academy course, you agree to use course materials solely for personal learning. Redistribution, resale, or commercial use of course content is strictly prohibited.
9. Prohibited Use
You agree not to use our website or services to violate applicable laws, infringe intellectual property rights, transmit harmful or fraudulent content, or use design assets or course materials for commercial resale or redistribution.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by applicable international laws. Disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, with unresolved matters submitted to binding arbitration.
11. Changes to Terms
DjayStudio reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
