The Problem

Despite the growing number of women-led businesses in Cameroon, many women entrepreneurs still face limited access to mentorship, visibility, and leadership opportunities. Ladies in the Boardroom was doing impactful work, training, mentoring, and supporting hundreds of women, but their brand identity didn’t fully reflect the scale, credibility, and influence of the initiative. As a programme backed by the British High Commission and led by Dr. Edith Gibson, they needed a visual identity that could: Communicate authority and trust, Reflect empowerment and professionalism, Appeal to partners, institutions, and women entrepreneurs alike, Position the initiative as a serious leadership platform, not just a community programme

The Solution

We designed a bold and confident brand identity that positions Ladies in the Boardroom as a powerful catalyst for women's leadership and economic growth. DjayStudio crafted the new identity to express visually: Empowerment and leadership for women in business. Credibility and structure, aligned with institutional partners. Inclusivity and growth, reflecting mentorship, training, and networking. Through a cohesive visual system, the brand now clearly communicates its mission: supporting women entrepreneurs with the skills, networks, and confidence needed to scale their businesses and step into leadership roles. The result is a brand identity that matches the initiative's real-world impact, supporting 300+ women entrepreneurs in 2025 and strengthening partnerships around financial inclusion and business development.
